In this Reconstruction of Bridge MT project, the bridge was destroyed by a superstorm, and Able Estimating provided a detailed reconstruction cost analysis. The replacement scope included multiple trades such as concrete takeoff, masonry estimating, metal takeoff, sheet metal takeoff, sitework takeoff, electrical takeoff, and MEP takeoff.
The project involved the installation of precast culverts, sheeting, and structural steel, along with a storm drainage filtration system and environmentally sensitive sensors in low-lying areas. It also included extensive concrete work and MEP estimation. The bridge structure consisted of heavy pillars, slabs, and other major components.
With a total length exceeding 5,000 feet, this was a large-scale takeoff project. The concrete work alone was substantial and was quantified professionally and accurately by our experienced estimators. The construction cost estimating services for this project were carried out in New York, United States.
Able Estimating is a leading company in construction cost estimating and material takeoff services across the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
